Francesca stands in a doorway, her reflection subtly repeating the curve of her leg. This morning she wears a long skirt, long sleeves, and stands barefoot on the dark wooden floorboards. She holds the cup and saucer in her upraised hands. Is she offering them or is she keeping them for herself? What does her direct gaze convey?
